Fishing Report: Dec, 31 2022
Finally we have clean water here in Palm Coast and St.Augustine, and that means the fishing is great! It’s been a fun week of catching with lots of redfish, flounder, and trout. From redfish and flounder in the creek holes to schools in the creeks and on the flats this is a great time to fish for all skill levels of anglers.
On my skiff yesterday I had Jaime from North Carolina, and we had a blast sight fishing redfish on fly, and dredging creek holes for them as well. Poling some very shallow creeks we hunted for schools of redfish pushing out on the outgoing tide. In only a few inches of water we had lots of opportunity at schools of 15-30 fish at a time! Jaime laying out some great cast was rewarded with some awesome eats and some great fish. The tides and fish continue to look great, so book a trip and come experience some great fishing in north Florida!
