Fishing Report: April 16th 2022

Palm Coast fishing has been great this week, with lots of flounder and redfish hanging around in the flats and creeks of north Florida its made a great bite for anyone looking to get on the water! Snook are showing up in the flats on the regular with water temps warming up. Finding bait is the key to success when fishing for snook in this area, with lots of mullet around I look for points or pinch points with lots of current, snook being ambush predators will setup in these areas and wait for they’re food to come to them. A topwater plug or a paddle tail is a great option for targeting snook in these conditions.
